In 1987 in Columbia, S. C. the Pure Puerto Rican Paso Fino Federation of America, Inc. was incorporated to preserve, protect and promote the Pure Puerto Rican Paso Fino horse.

To sponsor shows, educational clinics & group activities
To maintain a true & accurate registry
